Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days

  • International Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
